Originally Bold Media was founded as Ikonic, Inc. in Dearborn, MI with a specific focus on web development. As our company grew, we quickly realized that by just designing web sites, we were short changing our clients. So Bold Media began to grow by slowly adding new services and features. We first added graphic design and printing, then hosting and marketing and finally photography.

At this point, we realized that the image that was built for Ikonic, Inc. could no longer apply to the new multimedia, multifaceted business model that is currently Bold Media. We decided that Ikonic, Inc. would be no and so Bold Media was born. Currently, all of our services feed into one another. We are able to create design campaigns by using services from all of our departments to create a flow from print to web.
